Once upon a time there was a feud in the town of Hamar, Norway. The conflict was about Stream Nest in Åkersvika (the Bay of Åker). How the conflict ended is almost beyond belief. But let me tell you about all that came to pass, one thing at a time.

In a tiny village there’s a huge work of art – Stream Nest. I’m quivering with anticipation as I drive over the mountains all the from Oslo to have a look at it. I’ve heard there are tourists who pilgrimage here year after year to do the same. And now – it’s my turn!
